We adapt to your nutritional needs and bring everyone to one table.

Nowadays it is not that easy to meet all the different forms of nutrition. We bravely take on the challenge. We use high quality vegetables and salads, whereby we give priority to regionality and seasonality.

You can always find vegetarian and vegan dishes on our menu.

The dishes are so good, you don't have to be vegan for that. We are happy to fulfille the needs of our guests with intolerance. Please inform us in advance of your stay if possible, so that you can relax completely.

We purchase meat from the quality butchery Meerpohl in Oldenburg. This guarantees responsible regional animal husbandry.

IN-HOUSE BAKERY & PASTRY

We use the best flours for our homemade breads and rolls, preferably from the region. We only process high-quality products such as good butter, free-range eggs, seeds and bake with a lot of love. And this quality can be felt! The shorter the ways our products come to us, the better it is. Gluten-free variants are also available with advance information.

Cakes and pastries are the passion of our pastry chef. You can see and taste that, of course. “As in the past, in the good old days,” is often the verdict. Our pastry chef even chooses the kirsch with care, because almost all of them contain sulfites. We pay attention to details. So we know exactly what is in our baked goods.

BREAKFAST

Valuable breakfast with a lot of love: bread, rolls, pastries and cakes are homemade and of a very high quality: jams, salads, vegan and vegetarian spreads, crunchy muesli with amaranth, sprouted and dried buckwheat.

Our cold cuts are from open stables: In addition, the breakfast offers you high quality: Cheese, free range eggs, vegetables, high quality oils and seeds, fruit, alternative sweeteners, high quality loose teas (partly fair trade), coffee, coffee specialties, filtered and energized Water, grain coffee (fair trade). Alternatives to dairy products are available.

Group reservations are possible between monday and saturday from 10 persons for lunch and from 8 persons for dinner. We kindly ask for advance registration.
